A smile turns on the face of  first-time users.  Is it a subliminal childhood recollection of pumping a favorite spinning top?  Is it the exuberance of creating so much action with only one hand and so little effort?  The surprising stability of spin-drying greens at 700 RPM?   Or is it simply fun to use?  Why should kids get all the toys?

Fill the basket with your favorite rinsed salad greens or berries, replace the lid, and press the knob to take it for a spin dry.  The more you press the soft, non-slip knob, the faster the salad spins.  A simple press of the brake button brings it to a stop to be unloaded.  The basket and bowl double as colander and server.   A latch secures the knob in a recessed position for storage.
