Simply click to dispense incrementally metered doses of dental bonding adhesive.  Actuating the reset button simultaneously releases the mechanism and ejects a spent cartridge.  The autoclavable plastic dispenser receives replaceable cartridges configured for 1:1 or 3:1 proportional mixtures. 

Functional evaluations of early fabricated fixtures are effective to verify mechanical proof-of-principle.

Each click depresses a single stamped stainless steel leaf spring for repeatable parallel advancement of paired pistons.  Tolerance fitted parts are engineered for ease of manufacture and simple reliable stacked assembly, completed with a snap, swage, and ultrasonic weld.
